Code of Conduct

Welcome to our indoor pickleball facility! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable

environment for all players and visitors, please adhere to the following code of

conduct.

1. Respect and Sportsmanship

● Be courteous to fellow players, staff, and visitors.

● Show good sportsmanship regardless of the game outcome.

● Avoid aggressive or disruptive behavior, including yelling, trash-talking, or

intimidation.

2. Safety and Equipment

● Use only approved equipment; ensure paddles and balls are in good condition.

● Prioritize safety by avoiding reckless or dangerous play that could harm self or

others.

● Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

● Keep the courts clean by picking up trash and not leaving personal belongings in

play areas.

● Possession and use of weapons on the premises is prohibited.

3. Court Etiquette

● Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled matches or lessons.

● Share the courts fairly and take turns.

● Respect court boundaries and avoid unnecessary delays.

● Help maintain the court surface by avoiding dragging or damaging the flooring.

4. Personal Conduct

● Maintain a positive attitude and encourage others.

● Striking or attempting to have a physical altercation with anyone is prohibited.

● Respect the facility’s policies on smoking, alcohol, and drug use.

● Follow COVID-19 protocols as mandated, including mask-wearing and social

distancing if applicable.

5. Membership and Guest Policies

● Adhere to membership guidelines and pay applicable fees.

● Supervise guests and ensure they follow the same rules.

● Do not bring unauthorized persons into the facility.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

● Follow staff instructions at all times.

● Violations of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or

termination of facility access.

● Report any concerns or incidents to staff immediately.

7. Substances

● Members shall not use substances to the extent of impaired judgement or

performance during pickleball activities.

● Smoking, alcohol and drug use on the premises is prohibited.
