Payment and Policies
How Do Members Pay For Bookings or Merch?
Members can register for club activities and events, and purchase Pine Valley Pickleball
merchandise in several ways:
Payment Method on File: Charge to your PVP Court Reserve account (credit
card/ACH on file) which is protected/encrypted through SafeSave, our credit card
processor.
Credit Card or Check: Provide an alternative credit card or check at the front desk or
by calling us (267) – 668 – 8734.
How do Visitors / Non-Members Pay?
Visitors and Non-Members are welcome to participate in most Club activities.

Visitors / Non-Members Paying for Themselves:
Visitors with active CourtReserve accounts may book courts or register for Club events
up to 3 days in advance, pending availability.
Guests without an account must sign a waiver at the Front Desk before participating.
Non-Members who have created a CourtReserve account will have signed this
electronically during account setup.
All Guests and Non-Members are able to complete payment prior to participation and
are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled activity.
Note: For Open Play sessions or Special Events, Visitors must register and pay
for themselves. Members cannot pay registration fees on behalf of Visitors for
these activities.
Cancellation Policy:
While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, we appreciate your
cooperation with our cancellation policy outlined below. These guidelines help ensure
fair access for all members and guests and allow waitlisted players adequate time to
register.
Court Reservations:
Court Reservations- Court rentals and lessons must be canceled at least 12 hours in
advance to avoid a fee equal to the standard “Pay as You Play” rate being applied to
your account.
Open Play:
Open Play- Social Open play must be canceled at least 12 hours before event start time
to avoid a fee being placed on your account equal to the rate that would have been
charged to our “Pay as You Play” members.
All Other Events:
Leagues, tournaments, round robins, clinics, and lessons are all subject to event
specific cancellation policies indicated at time of registration and on player registration
confirmation emails.
Data Privacy:
Pine Valley Pickleball respects your privacy and will never share your personal
information with any outside organization. All credit card information stored in Court
Reserve is securely encrypted and protected by our payment processor, SafeSave.
