Payment and Policies
How Do Members Pay For Bookings or Merch?
Members can register for club activities and events, and purchase Pine Valley Pickleball
merchandise in several ways:
Payment Method on File: Charge to your PVP Court Reserve account (credit
card/ACH on file) which is protected/encrypted through SafeSave, our credit card
processor.
Credit Card or Check: Provide an alternative credit card or check at the front desk or
by calling us (267) – 668 – 8734.
How do Visitors / Non-Members Pay?
Visitors and Non-Members are welcome to participate in most Club activities.

Visitors / Non-Members Paying for Themselves:
Visitors with active CourtReserve accounts may book courts or register for Club events
up to 3 days in advance, pending availability.
Guests/Non-Members who do not have a CourtReserve account will need to create a CourtReserve account to sign the waivers electronically during account setup.
All Guests and Non-Members are able to complete payment prior to participation and
are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled activity.
Note: For Open Play sessions or Special Events, Visitors must register and pay
for themselves. Members cannot pay registration fees on behalf of Visitors for
these activities.
Guest Pass Policy:
*Guest passes are intended to provide individuals who are not currently members of Pine Valley Pickleball with an opportunity to visit and experience the facility.
*We’re happy to offer guest passes as part of your PVP membership benefits! Guest passes can be used for court reservations and open play sessions, making it easy to invite friends or family to enjoy pickleball with you. Each guest pass is valid for one guest for up to 2 hours of play. Please note that guest passes do not apply to leagues, tournaments, lessons, clinics, or fitness workshops, as these are separate programs.
*Each individual guest may use a member guest pass no more than one (1) time per calendar month, regardless of which member provides the guest pass.
*The monthly guest limit applies to the individual guest, not to each member. A guest who has already visited Pine Valley Pickleball using a guest pass during that calendar month may not return using another guest pass from the same member or a different member until the following calendar month.
Guest passes are non-transferable and may only be used in accordance with Pine Valley Pickleball's current guest policies. Pine Valley Pickleball reserves the right to verify guest eligibility and deny the use of a guest pass if the guest has already reached the monthly guest visit limit.
Guest pass policies are subject to change at the discretion of Pine Valley Pickleball.
Cancellation Policy:
While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, we appreciate your
cooperation with our cancellation policy outlined below. These guidelines help ensure
fair access for all members and guests and allow waitlisted players adequate time to
register.
Court Reservations:
Court Reservations- Court rentals and lessons must be canceled at least 12 hours in
advance to avoid a fee equal to the standard “Pay as You Play” rate being applied to
your account.
Open Play:
Open Play- Social Open play must be canceled at least 12 hours before event start time
to avoid a fee being placed on your account equal to the rate that would have been
charged to our “Pay as You Play” members.
All Other Events:
Leagues, tournaments, round robins, clinics, and lessons are all subject to event
specific cancellation policies indicated at time of registration and on player registration
confirmation emails.
Data Privacy:
Pine Valley Pickleball respects your privacy and will never share your personal
information with any outside organization. All credit card information stored in Court
Reserve is securely encrypted and protected by our payment processor, SafeSave.
